Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for card orders. Orders on terms and LTL truck delivery work best from 10 cases.
Can I order by SKU list?
Yes. Use Quick order to type SKUs or paste a list from Excel, then add everything to the cart at once.
How do quotes work?
Price custom print and volume orders on the Custom quote page. Sales confirms within 1 business day; accept the quote and it becomes an order.
Where do orders ship from?
Three warehouses: City of Industry, CA, Dallas, TX, Edison, NJ. We pick from the nearest one with stock, and split the order if needed.
How fast?
Orders placed by 2pm local time ship the same business day. Ground parcel takes 1–5 business days; LTL truck 2–4.
What does shipping cost?
Ground parcel is free over $1,500. LTL truck is quoted at checkout from $185. Will call pickup is free.
Which payment methods do you take?
Credit card, ACH, wire and check. Approved business accounts can pay on Net 30 terms with a PO number.
How do I get terms?
Open a business account and tick “Apply for Net 30 terms”. Our credit team replies within 1–2 business days.
We're tax exempt.
Upload your resale or exemption certificate when you apply, or send it to your rep. Exempt states are applied automatically at checkout.
What is the return window?
30 days from delivery for unopened cases. Damaged-in-transit claims within 5 days, with photos.
How do I start a return?
Go to My account → Returns, choose the order and item. We email a prepaid label or schedule a pickup.
When do I get my refund?
Within 5 business days after the return is received, to the original payment method or as a credit on your account.
